Lead Government Finance and Compliance person responsible for all interfaces with resident DCAA and DCMA personnel. Key responsibilities included interface with DCAA/DCMA personnel on all audits, developing rebuttals and corrective actions to audit findings, managing creation of annual incurred cost claim, providing advice and counsel to business leadership on developing compliant business structures. Successfully negotiated final rates settlements for years 2002- 2006 that recouped $3.0 million from the Government through billings of final rates. Integral member of SAP implementation team and ensured our SAP instance met all CAS/FAR requirements and participated in development of Government cost impact analysis for accounting changes made as part of SAP implementation.
